Hailing from Farmington Hills, MI, Theo's journey with the Barbershop Harmony Society began at the age of 15. He achieved Music Honors at Anderson University, obtaining a Bachelor of Music in Music Education in 2010. With a strong teaching foundation, he devoted 7 years to public schools before pursuing a master’s degree in Choral Conducting at Ball State University. Currently, he enriches the choral program and imparts music theory wisdom there. As the Musical Director of Circle City Sound, Theo showcases his leadership prowess. A versatile artist, he passionately composes and arranges, and is sought after as a guest conductor and clinician for global music education events, contributing to conferences such as ICDA, IMEA, and NAfME. His heart resides in Noblesville, IN, alongside his cherished family—wife Laura and their daughter, Nora.
